Do you have Type 2 Diabetes and experience anxiety or depression?
Researchers at the University of Sheffield would like to speak to adults (aged 18 or over) with Type 2 Diabetes who also experience anxiety or depression.
Researchers at the University of Sheffield would like to speak to adults (aged 18 or over) with Type 2 Diabetes who also experience anxiety or depression.
We are researching how people with Type 2 Diabetes and depression or anxiety use digital technologies (such as apps, special websites, and wearable devices) to manage their health conditions. We also want to learn from people with these conditions who have not used digital health technologies, to help us understand any barriers or issues there may be with using them.
Taking part involves a 30–60-minute interview with a researcher. Interviews can be carried out by your choice of:
• online video meeting
• telephone
• paper questionnaire
• face-to-face (in some locations)
The researcher will ask about your opinions and experiences of using any digital technologies to manage Type 2 Diabetes, depression, or anxiety. The researcher will also ask about any barriers and challenges to using these technologies.
Every eligible participant will receive an online Love2Shop voucher to the value of £25, as compensation for their time.
